Chy Carn, Wendron was a new build from the foundations up using both traditional building methods and materials. The porch to the front aspect was built using granite found on the site.

The house itself is traditionally designed with 3 bedrooms all situated on the top floor along with a 4 piece bathroom. Downstairs there is a kitchen, lounge and separate dining room together with a utility room.
